POSTAGE / DELIVERY TIMES
All original works and edition prints can be shipped worldwide. Prints are shipped from Hong Kong and please allow up to 3-4 weeks for your order to ship. Notice of dispatch will be sent by email with the tracking number.
ORDER QUESTIONS
Please read the 'Postage / Delivery Times' above before contacting us about your order. If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery times, please send an email to: info@glyraph.com.
EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
To preserve edition numbers and limited edition quantities, all sales are final. No returns, refunds or exchanges. Colour variations and slight imperfections all add to its inherent characteristics.
DUTIES AND TAXES
Shipments may be subject to customs taxes. Shipping costs and taxes (EU VAT) are not included and they are calculated based on the shipping country. If there are any, the purchaser is responsible for all duties and taxes. The majority of our shipments do not incur fee's.
DAMAGED GOODS AND OTHER ISSUES
Products deemed to be damaged or have any other issues upon arrival may qualify for replacement. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, and the item must be returned within 14 days of receipt in its original packaging. Please be aware any items listed "made by hand and unique, may have minor imperfections, and these are an intended part of the process". Any return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Replacement of any damaged items, especially items listed with "minor imperfections" will be at the sole discretion of GLYRAPH. If the "minor imperfections" are consistent with the majority of products sold, a replacement will not be accepted. The artwork sold on glyraph.com is part of tactile process therefore buyers accept that "minor imperfections" are part of the creation process.

We are dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on, sell or swap any of your personal details with anyone.
CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY
We are committed to providing excellent customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. GLYRAPH reserves the right to update these terms at anytime as is necessary.
